JOB PURPOSE: Assist in room setups for small and large-scale events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and current University of Wyoming student
- Teamwork, Initiative, Consistency, Adaptability, Stress Tolerance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Strong inter-personal communication and customer service skills as well as possess a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve, work as a team player, and manage multiple priorities.
- Reliability, accuracy, and flexibility related to work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Set up chairs and tables
- Set up pipe, drape, and a stage
- Setting, assisting, and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment
- Know how to read a pre-made diagram to set a room
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
