Under the direction of the Senior Manager Customer Service and Marketing, the Spares Marketing and Communications Manager will manage the processes related to worldwide communication, spares programs and Spares Online. These responsibilities directly contribute to improved satisfaction and sales growth. This position is also recognized as the worldwide primary point of contact for Spares online management. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Spares Online Administrator and Spares Marketing Programs and Communication Coordinator and their responsibilities.
