As part of our World Wide Sales Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) group, you and your team will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. As a WW Sales BPR Program Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives focused on optimizing our sales processes and technology solutions. You will be instrumental in leading end-to-end projects, with a particular emphasis on enhancing our events management capabilities. As a critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, you will translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery from conception to launch.In this role, you will:

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or enterprise technology environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a specific focus on upstream/downstream impact and the relationship between multiple functions and/or tools
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to investigate data, business, or systems problems to expose root causes and identify solution options
  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks/opportunities and proactively drive towards the desired outcome
  • Expert organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Master's Degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic programs and projects within the Sales BPR portfolio, with a focus on enhancing our global events management ecosystem and related sales processes.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders, marketing teams, operations, and other key stakeholders to understand business challenges, elicit detailed requirements, and define optimal future state processes and solutions.
  • Translate high-level business objectives and detailed requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams that engineering teams can effectively implement.
  • Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and present findings and recommendations to various audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering, product management, UX/UI design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support change management activities, including developing communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies for new processes and systems.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for projects, and track post-implementation performance to ensure solutions deliver intended business value.
  • Ensure all projects and solutions align with the broader Sales BPR strategy and Apple's overall business objectives.
