As part of our Worldwide Operations Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group, you will be responsible for implementing strategies, and processes, that enable the business to grow, increase efficiencies, and drive innovation while improving customer experience. You will be driving key initiatives, developing solutions with IS&T partners that support a broad cohesive operations supply chain strategy. Most important, you will be free to innovate, challenge the norms and drive transformation. In BPR, we work closely with the business teams to become functional leaders in Quote to Cash process, including, allocation planning processes, inventory management, order management including optimization and fulfillment, reverse logistics, Procurement to Pay, etc. Identify transformation opportunities as current SAP system migrates to SAP S/4Hana platform. We partner with business and IS&T to lead projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle - from mobilization to problem definition, scoping, requirements, design, business readiness, testing and implementation.
