About The Position

WuHu Noodle is a modern/quick-service restaurant with an interactive kitchen viewing area hiring a friendly Cashier/Quick Service Attendants to provide excellent guest service. Our menu features dishes with authentic flavors from Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine which include handcrafted noodle bowls, wok-fired recipes, fresh ingredients and bold flavors throughout. Attendants will be required to have full knowledge of the menu items, deliver food to the proper tables and must be able to operate a Micros (POS) point of sales to accept payments. Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
  • A highly motivated and energetic personality
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • At least one year experience with customer service and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive payment by cash, credit cards, city ledgers, points from player card, and coupons/vouchers.
  • Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
  • Answer the phone, transfer calls properly and accurately assemble to-go orders.
  • Responsible for balancing cash drawer and all the receipts turned into the cage.
  • Must have basic math skills, excellent customer service skills, and be able to stand, bend, lift and/or walk duration of shift.
  • Identifying menu items quickly, accurately and delivering food orders to corresponding tables.
  • Responsible for cleaning and setting tables as needed, removing dishes, glassware and silverware from the tables, continuously pre-bussing tables, maintain the condiment and beverage area, returning dishes to the dish room, and cleaning and stocking soiled dishes, glassware, silver ware and napkins.
  • Properly fill ice machine, sanitation buckets, cleaning of side stations, sweeping and mopping.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service Standards.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
  • Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
  • Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
  • Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
  • Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
