Position Summary As a member of the WTR Operations team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of Ultrapure Water to Samsung's manufacturing process while protecting the environment and our community.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Flexible and team oriented
  • Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Nice To Haves

  • Semiconductor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily trends, perform equipment inspections, and coordinate with OPS regarding work orders and process improvement projects
  • Meet the needs of our operators by supporting and collaborating with the plant operations team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Proactively troubleshoot critical UPW system issues and/or baseline shifts
  • Support of instrumentation, maintenance, and operations groups in day-to-day tasks
  • Creation and development of structured step plans for execution of process improvement and repair work
  • Review SOPs, PLC programming changes, SOOs, and other administrative tasks
  • Understands and applies 6S methodology to increase productivity and promote a safe workplace.
  • Complete project management of multiple projects across the Samsung water systems from inception through execution, including cost control and reporting
  • Interface between Construction General Contractor, Subcontractor, Consultant Design Team, and various SAS Owner organizations.
  • Identifying, tracking, managing, resolving, and communicating project issues during construction including documenting Site Observation Reports and managing construction punch list items to resolution.
