About The Position

The Wave of Edgewater and The Wave of Clearwater are AHCA-licensed, women-only residential mental health treatment facilities operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We provide structured, trauma-informed care in a clinically supported and safety-driven environment. We are seeking a strong, operationally focused WST Supervisor to oversee both locations and ensure consistency, accountability, and regulatory compliance across residential floor operations. Position Overview The Wellness Support Tech (WST) Supervisor oversees all Wellness Support Tech staff at both The Wave of Edgewater and The Wave of Clearwater.
