About The Position
ARCTOS Technology Solutions, LLC (ARCTOS) is a fast-growing, technology-oriented small business providing aerospace, defense, and digital solutions, with offices and work sites across the United States. They are looking for team-oriented innovators eager to tackle interesting challenges, work on important problems, and receive great benefits and employee support. The Wright Scholar Research Assistant Program is an Air Force Research Laboratory initiative designed to expose high school juniors and seniors (and select college scholars retained by mentors) to various disciplines of engineering and science to further their interest in future STEM careers with the Department of Defense.
Requirements
- Must be 16-years-old (by June 1, 2026)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check
- Must have a validated 3.5 GPA
- Must be enrolled in High School, or a recent graduate
- Must have a valid driver's license or state ID to access Wright-Patterson Air Force Base
Responsibilities
- Work as full-time, paid research assistants for 8 weeks during the summer
- Secure your own housing, food, and transportation
