Job Description: Job Title: Wrapper Department: Bakery Manufacturing FLSA: Non-Exempt General Function: Packages products from production lines. Maintains a clean work environment and keeps pace to ensure production quota is reached. Ensures that all product is at the highest quality before packaging. Requirements

• Must have the ability to follow one or two-step instructions; routine, repetitive task.
• Ability to simple addition and subtraction; copying figures, counting and recording.
• Possess the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience from on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and packs products for freezer, keeping an accurate count on freezer sheet.
• Prepares baking pans and loads and unloads oven.
• Performs quality control on product at end of production line.
• Cleans and sanitizes production machinery and work area.
• Review with supervisor when complete.
• Informs supervisor of supply shortage or when supplies get low.
• Reports to work when schedule and on time.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
