About The Position

The Wraparound Supervisor will lead a dedicated team in delivering comprehensive wraparound services for children, youth, and families. This role focuses on ensuring holistic, culturally competent, and strength-based care while collaborating with community partners to enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about behavioral health and committed to achieving positive outcomes for individuals and families.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience with wraparound services or in managing multi-disciplinary teams is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices in behavioral health.
  • Valid (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or other relevant licensure) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to the wraparound team, including case managers, behavioral health specialists, and clinicians.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation and coordination of wraparound services, ensuring they are individualized, strength-based, and family-driven.
  • Track and report on program outcomes, service utilization, and client satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with external community providers, schools, juvenile justice, child welfare, and other agencies to ensure a seamless network of care for clients and families.
  • Facilitate team meetings, family team conferences, and other collaborative planning meetings to engage families in the treatment process.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders to advocate for resources and support for individuals and families.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in wraparound practices, trauma-informed care, and other relevant behavioral health interventions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of services provided, including client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
