About The Position

The Wraparound Supervisor provides performance-based, individualized supervision for each High Fidelity Wraparound facilitator. The Wraparound Supervisor is responsible for modeling and problem-solving with High Fidelity Wraparound teams to develop strategies to provide culturally competent services, supports and resources for youth and their families across the 10 county region. This position ensures fidelity to the core program and will collaborate with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities and other Wraparound teams in the state.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a Human Services related field with 3 years of experience, one of which should be providing TCM to children/youth with SED and their families OR Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field and 5 years experience providing TCM to children/youth with SED and their families.
  • Ability to provide performance-based supervision and support the professional development of others.
  • Experience working with children/youth who have complex behavioral health needs.
  • An understanding of and experience with different child-serving systems, including education, mental health, child welfare, juvenile justice, health and others.
  • Extensive knowledge of community resources.
  • Annual performance and competency evaluations addressing grant deliverables and agency budgets/policies/procedures requirements are being met.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Driver’s license and ability to travel is required; travel could include in the region and across the state.

  • Preference for candidates that have been trained in High Fidelity Wraparound.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and clinical supervision for no more than 7 high fidelity wraparound facilitators.
  • Provide directly weekly supervision to the provision of wraparound services region wide.
  • Plan and conduct at least monthly group supervision with wraparound facilitators.
  • Attend and participate in coaching with state level coaches monthly.
  • Attend and participate in peer level meetings scheduled by the state level coaches.
  • Complete Introduction to Wraparound training within 3 months; Engagement training within 2 months completion of Introduction training; and High Fidelity Wraparound Supervisor training.
  • Complete wraparound fidelity instruments, quarterly reporting, and data collection, as required by the DBH and/or LifeSkills.
  • Collect data related to Wraparound and report on those findings.
  • Attend RIAC meetings and provide consultation and feedback, as requested, to include guidance and consultation regarding Wraparound.
  • Monitor budget to ensure expenses do not exceed grant funds and coordinate with LRC all payment and reimbursement documentation for special purchase monies related to the grant.
  • Assist in coordinating and conducting training for new case managers and wraparound facilitators as well as ongoing training needs.
  • Act as a liaison for community partners and other children’s services regarding all aspects of High Fidelity Wraparound including initial investigations of complaints and grievances.
  • Attend community meetings on behalf of LifeSkills as well as meetings/trainings as required by the state for High Fidelity Wraparound.
  • Provide Wraparound Services, as needed.
