Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and fun in-store experience by greeting and engaging all customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving credit card and loyalty card issues and questions.
• Assist in gift wrapping, processing returns, and selling gift cards and greeting cards.
• Execute Cash Office functions, including deposits, loans, and change.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
