About The Position

Join our team as a WPL Line Lead on the 2nd Shift Shift! We're looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. As a WPL Line Lead, you'll supervise, train, and coordinate line associates, and maintain acurate production records in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills (for data entry and equipment programming), and strong leadership and communication skills
Six months of steady work history is preferred

Nice To Haves

Line Lead/Supervisory experience preferred
High School or equivalent beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

Conduct regular checks to ensure product meets USDA and company quality specifications
Monitor the team's adherence to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety procedures to prevent workplace injuries
Act as the key point of contact between the production line and the Production Supervisor/Manager
Perform regular checks to ensure product weights are within tolerance, prices are correct, and labels contain all necessary information (e.g., product name, sell-by date. lot code, nutritional info).
