About The Position
This position requires working on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday. The role involves making written and oral reports to the attending physician, Medical Director, or Director of Nursing (DON) regarding the status and care of residents. The individual will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of resident information and reporting any violations. The position also includes working with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team to develop comprehensive assessments and care plans for assigned residents, participating in various committees, and providing status reports on residents being treated. The role requires evaluating and implementing recommendations from established committees related to medical activities and skin care of residents.
