As a Wound Nurse at Miller’s, you are responsible to oversee and coordinate the wound care program. You follow the Comprehensive Care Plan for your patients and assist the Director of Nursing. Requirements
- Licensed nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Have an interest in wound care.
- Have a basic understanding of wound types, how to measure, when to stage and what type of treatment is appropriate for use on each type of wound according to the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel guidelines.
- Willing to obtain additional training in wound care if recommended.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the wound care program
