We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to come join our team and be a vital link between our patients, nurses and other facility staff! Requirements

• Must have a current and valid LVN or RN nursing license or a current and valid LVN or RN license from a Compact Party State.
• Healthcare experience (Skilled Nursing) is a must

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing a Plus
• Certified Wound Care/ Treatment Nurse A PLUS

Responsibilities

• Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
• Participate in coaching/discipline, hiring and termination decisions of direct care staff.
• Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
• Implement Community procedures to provide resident care.
• Be a part of the Nursing On-Call Team.
