About The Position

Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our highly experienced team at the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Wound & Ostomy Clinic. The Opportunity: Join our dedicated team at the outpatient Wound and Ostomy Clinic at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, where you'll play a key role in providing individualized, evidence-based care. This position offers the opportunity to manage acute and chronic wounds and provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative ostomy care. You'll be supported by experienced physicians and certified wound care nurses who are highly invested in their work and our patients. Requirements

  • Must be approved to practice by the State Joint Board on the Regulation of Physician's Assistants.
  • NCCPA certification required.
  • Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management.
  • Must have sufficient experience, confidence, and judgment to function with little outside direction.
  • Ability to maintain CME currency as required to maintain NCCPA certification.
  • Requires personal DEA license.
