About The Position

Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes through expert wound, skin, and ostomy care? At Holy Cross Health, we are looking for a skilled Wound Care Nurse who brings both clinical expertise and compassionate care to our interdisciplinary team. You’ll play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering care that promotes healing and supports our mission of service to the community. Requirements

  • CWCN, WCC, or WOCN Certification required
  • Current RN license in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing
  • BLS certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with patient handling and movement
  • If not active in direct patient care within the past 5 years, must have completed a nursing refresher course
  • Proficiency in English: reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension

Responsibilities
