About The Position
Under general supervision, following established policies, procedures and professional guidelines, provides nursing services to individuals for wound, ostomy and skin care. Educates clinical professionals on pressure ulcer prevention, ostomy and fistula management and wound care by sharing professional expertise and guidance. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Healthcare.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
- Work experience that includes wound care
- Wound care certification required (WCC; WOCN preferred )
- BSN required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year wound care experience preferred
