About The Position
The Worship Pastor at New Hope Community Church is responsible for leading the worship team in creating meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences for weekly events and Sunday services. This role involves overseeing volunteer musicians, singers, and production teams to ensure passionate and authentic worship that draws the congregation closer to God. The Worship Pastor will also mentor a worship intern and is expected to engage with the church community through pastoral care and leadership.
