About The Position
Epikos Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Worship Pastor/Director to join their team, dedicated to the mission of making more and better disciples. The church places the gospel of Jesus Christ at the center of its activities and is committed to fostering authentic, multi-ethnic worship. The Worship Pastor/Director will play a crucial role in cultivating worship services and leading the Worship and Tech teams, ensuring that the congregation is directed towards glorifying Jesus Christ. This position involves overseeing worship across all Epikos campuses, particularly focusing on the West Allis campus, where the individual will lead weekly worship and manage rehearsals. The Worship Pastor/Director will also be responsible for setting the vision for the worship experience across all campuses and inviting others to participate in the Worship and Tech teams, empowering them to contribute to the church's mission. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of spiritual maturity and character that aligns with the biblical requirements for pastoral leadership. They should possess experience in a leadership role within a church setting, showcasing their ability to lead teams through healthy ministry growth and progress. A strategic mindset is essential, as the Worship Pastor/Director will need to identify and implement the necessary steps to achieve the church's worship goals. Additionally, the candidate should be self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working without micromanagement while fostering collaboration among team members.
