About The Position
CenterPointe Christian Church is offering a full-time residency opportunity for individuals passionate about ministry, leadership development, and serving a growing church community. This full time role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of church life, with a monthly stipend of $1,200 plus housing. At CenterPointe, residents will be immersed in a thriving, fast-growing church (averaging 16% growth) with a strong commitment to developing young leaders for lifelong ministry. Residents will receive intentional coaching from pastoral staff, gain practical ministry experience, and actively contribute to a church known for its diversity, community engagement, and vibrant kids and student ministries. The staff culture is highly supportive, growth-oriented, and relational. The resident can expect encouragement, feedback, and a shared passion for helping people find and follow Jesus on this team. Ideal candidates are teachable, people-focused, spiritually grounded, and eager to grow as disciple-makers while serving in a dynamic team environment. This residency is designed to equip and launch future ministry leaders, whether at CenterPointe or beyond.
