About The Position

The Worship Leader at The Church of Eleven22® is responsible for partnering with the Worship Director to support all aspects of the worship ministry. This full-time position requires a commitment to maintaining a strong spiritual life and leading worship effectively at the campus level.

Requirements

• Strong theological knowledge and ability to deliver gospel truths within worship services.
• Instrumental proficiency with strong vocal, musicianship, and stage presence.
• Skilled in organization, administration, and interpersonal relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ableton Live, and Planning Center Online.
• Demonstrated excellence as a worship leader with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through ongoing spiritual disciplines.
• Serve as the principal worship leader for an Eleven22 campus.
• Recruit, train, and maintain worship teams.
• Direct all weekly activities and rehearsals necessary for worship services.
• Maintain Planning Center, updating charts, MP3s, lyrics, recordings, and scheduling musicians.
• Assist in overseeing the campus worship ministry budget and organization.
• Lead worship for special events as needed.
• Assist the campus pastor in creating a healthy Eleven22 environment.
• Be available for campus pastoral ministry and other ministry opportunities.
• Set annual goals for the worship ministry and evaluate their attainment.
• Attend all staff meetings and functions.
• Perform other duties as needed.
