About The Position
The Worship Leader at The River Church is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the music ministry and worship services. This part-time role involves working closely with the Gathering Pastor and the ministry team to create a spiritually enriching environment during worship gatherings. The Worship Leader will oversee the planning and implementation of worship structures, including musical selections and arrangements, while also training and shepherding the worship band and volunteers.
