We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Worship Leader to lead our congregation in worship through authentic, engaging, and Spirit-filled experiences. The ideal candidate will have a heart for God, a love for the local church, and the ability to lead with energy and creativity.

Requirements

• A committed follower of Jesus with a heart for worship and evangelism.
• Experience leading worship in a contemporary church setting is a plus.
• Strong leadership ability to build and shepherd a team.
• Creative, flexible, and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
• A teachable spirit and a desire to grow personally and spiritually.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship with passion and authenticity in a contemporary style.
• Recruit, equip, and disciple band members and vocalists.
• Plan and execute engaging worship services in collaboration with the pastoral team.
• Foster a culture of worship that invites both believers and seekers into God's presence.
• Contribute creative ideas for worship experiences, special events, and outreach.
• Help develop and grow the worship ministry in alignment with the church's vision.
