About The Position

The Worship Coordinator for Youth Ministry at The Crossing Church is a part-time role focused on leading and managing the musical aspects of weekly YouthCrossing services at the Chesterfield campus. This position emphasizes collaboration with both adult and student bands, ensuring smooth service execution, and may involve leading worship on occasion. The role is integral to fostering a vibrant worship environment that engages youth and supports their spiritual growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic administrative skills.
• Experience in worship or youth ministry.
• Ability to play one or more instruments.
• Ability to lead songs vocally.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and oversee Wednesday night band rehearsal.
• Execute weekly services at assigned campus.
• Oversee administration of planning center (scheduling bands/technical teams).
• Oversee audition and onboarding process for student bands.
• Assist in executing various creative elements for services (technical, design, video, etc.).
• Potential to lead worship as needed.
