About The Position

How You’ll Succeed Administration Manage and oversee Monday.com boards for the team Schedule meetings and manage outlook calendars Respond to, organize and/or delegate emails Capture notes in Monday.com and participate in department and project meetings Use the PCO for room reservations, queues, forms, etc. Event planning and managing registrations Creating and sending communications Make orders and purchases Manage and organize files Review and edit written content Generate reports as needed Respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours of being in the office Perform related duties as assigned Strive to improve personal and professional skills by looking for and participating in learning opportunities Attend a weekly service to stay in tune with the direction of Connection Pointe and to continue developing spiritually Project Management Adjust schedules and work within budgets to most effectively complete project with excellence Proactive in following up on details and communicating with multiple teams assigned to the same project to ensure action is taken Collaboration with the marketing, production, student, children's, young adults, locations, and other teams. Leverage gifts of individuals to execute on projects most effectively Engage and lead volunteers Events & Marketing Management: Printing and ordering for events as needed Quarterly Worldview emails Preparing for events (example: planning, ordering, event set up, general administrative support, etc.) Collect and enter all event specific data Connect regularly with CP members Develop/Design presentations as needed Attend and support events/services as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3 years or more administrative experience
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Above average attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive and collaborative with other teams & external partners
  • Strong independent worker who requires minimal supervision
  • Available and willing to work a ministry shift up to and including weekends
  • Excellent at planning including creation of long- and short-term plans
  • Able to multitask and react appropriately under pressure
  • High level understanding of and respect for confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience in a megachurch or large non-profit
  • Expertise in megachurch software such as PCO
  • Experience in Monday.com project management software
