About The Position
The World Language Substitute Teacher position is designed for individuals who are available to substitute teach in a world language classroom setting. The role involves following the instructional guide outlined in teachers' lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment for students. Substitute teachers are expected to manage daily attendance, report paperwork to the building secretary, and keep a daily log of the day's progress for the regular teacher. Additionally, they are responsible for cleaning the teaching area at the end of the day and ensuring that all equipment and materials are put away properly.
