Requirements

  • Current GM World Class Technician (WCT) Certification is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in diagnostic tools (MDI/GDS2).
  • Strong track record of productivity and fixed-right-the-first-time metrics.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Must be 18 years or older, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-level diagnostics and repairs on all Chevrolet models, including EV and Corvette specialized systems.
  • Execute complex engine, transmission, and drivetrain teardowns and rebuilds.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to apprentice and line technicians.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of GM service bulletins and software updates.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to factory specifications and safety standards.
