Requirements

• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Must be in good academic standing and have no disciplinary actions on record
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Genuine interest in helping other students succeed academically, socially, and personally
• Ability to balance academic responsibilities with the time commitment required for mentoring
• Familiarity with college resources, services, and programs available to students
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism, including punctuality, responsibility, and ethical behavior
