About The Position
The Workshop Supervisor is a seasonal, full-time position with potential opportunities for year-round employment. The position requires availability for days and weekends in April and days, nights, and weekends from May to September. The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end creation of customizable merchandise. This role ensures that every item is produced to exact specifications while maintaining high-quality and efficiency standards. The Workshop Supervisor will lead the workshop floor, overseeing the technical operation of machinery and ensuring the team meets daily output goals.
