About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Workshop Facilitator Keynote/Guest Speaker | Education/Training And Knowledge Management [ESC1I054] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) Across The South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices. We seek Workshop Facilitator Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Education/Training And Knowledge Management Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

• Current or previous role aligned with Education & Training activities driving qualifications as a Workshop Facilitator Keynote Speaker.
• Recognized expertise in the relevant subject area and prior speaking experience.
• Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced knowledge or credentials strongly preferred.

• Collaborate with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Education & Training Functional Area.
• Engage audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
• Deliver high-impact keynotes and adapt content to diverse audiences.
• Support event objectives through strategic storytelling.
• Simplify complex ideas into meaningful narratives that inspire action.
• Develop and deliver compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise.
