As a Workplace Strategy Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering tailored workplace solutions for our largest, most strategic customers. You’ll sit on the Enterprise Sales team and report to the Senior Manager of Workplace Strategy. You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Operations, Real Estate, Design, IT, Facilities, Launch, and Construction to shape, sell, and deliver customized office solutions. Your focus will be determining the right customization strategy for each prospective client — integrating discovery, solution design, scope definition, cost and feasibility analysis, and seamless pre-sale project management. You’ll serve as the technical and workplace expert throughout the deal cycle, ensuring that solutions are compelling, scalable, operationally sound, and financially viable. This role is a blend of strategic, technical, and relationship-driven work — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, construction, workplace strategy, and project execution. This is an hybrid role based in NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin or Washington DC You’ll be a great fit for this role if: You have a strong foundation in workplace / space planning, construction, project management, or architecture — and you enjoy translating complex spatial and technical requirements into clear solutions. You are energized by collaborating cross-functionally — you know how to bring the right SMEs together to solve nuanced problems quickly. You communicate with clarity and confidence — whether with internal cross functional stakeholders, senior executives at enterprise companies, or external vendor partners. You’re comfortable being the decision-maker — you can evaluate feasibility, say “no” constructively, and guide stakeholders toward the best path forward. You approach challenges with curiosity and creativity — always looking for opportunities to innovate and improve. You enjoy being both strategic and hands-on — shifting between high-level solutioning and detailed execution when needed.
