As a Workplace Strategy Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering tailored workplace solutions for our largest, most strategic customers. You’ll sit on the Enterprise Sales team and report to the Senior Manager of Workplace Strategy. You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Operations, Real Estate, Design, IT, Facilities, Launch, and Construction to shape, sell, and deliver customized office solutions. Your focus will be determining the right customization strategy for each prospective client — integrating discovery, solution design, scope definition, cost and feasibility analysis, and seamless pre-sale project management. You’ll serve as the technical and workplace expert throughout the deal cycle, ensuring that solutions are compelling, scalable, operationally sound, and financially viable. This role is a blend of strategic, technical, and relationship-driven work — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, construction, workplace strategy, and project execution. This is an hybrid role based in NYC, Chicago, Austin or LA.
