The Role At Hadrian, the workplace is a critical enabler of speed, focus, and execution. As the company grows rapidly across multiple locations, we need an experienced leader who can design, build, and scale the workplace services function that supports our teams. This role focuses on the environments where our people work every day, including offices, shared spaces, physical security, and non machine related workplace infrastructure at manufacturing sites. We are hiring a Workplace Services Leader to establish and lead the workplace services function at Hadrian. This role is responsible for setting strategy, building and managing the team, and overseeing the programs and vendors that keep our workplaces running smoothly. While this role will roll up sleeves initially due to the size of the team and pace of growth, the primary expectation is to build the team quickly and transition execution to coordinators, specialists, and facilities staff as soon as possible. This is a leadership role for someone who can operate at the systems level, move fast, and create structure while the company is scaling aggressively.
