About The Position

Workplace Platforms Product Manager - Vice President Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including technology, service delivery, risk, legal & compliance, to develop and launch solutions that meet the needs of our plan sponsors and participants Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the product vision/goals and address critical user and control needs Identify and prioritize features based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clear, concise, and actionable Define acceptance criteria and work closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are delivered on time and within scope Communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and new features A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the financial services industry Proven track record of delivering successful digital products on time and within scope Experience working in an Agile development environment Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Experience delivering API/MCP solutions through collaboration with 3rd parties preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the financial services industry
