What this job involves: The Workplace Performance Ambassador serves as a pivotal connector between people and processes, elevating employee performance and experience in JLL's Chicago office. This dynamic role combines high-touch workplace operations with sophisticated data-driven performance management, transforming insights into practical improvements that drive measurable business outcomes. As a key contributor to JLL's Americas Portfolio, you'll orchestrate cross-functional programs while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery that exceeds client expectations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in workplace experience, facilities management, analytics, or program management
  • Proven experience in shared-service or account-based delivery models with demonstrated credibility when presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities, effective performance under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Corrigo facilities management software
  • Experience as a collaborative leader working across Workplace, Facilities, IT, and vendor partner teams
  • Background in developing business intelligence dashboards and reporting routines
  • Track record of identifying and implementing cost savings and process improvement opportunities
  • Experience facilitating feedback loops with operations and vendor partners
  • Knowledge of contract KPIs, reporting requirements, and client expectation management
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise initiatives with measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-touch workplace experience initiatives, creating anticipatory and personalized interactions that foster employee engagement and productivity across the Chicago office
  • Support daily facilities operations by monitoring vendor performance, coordinating maintenance and cleaning services, and ensuring workplace services align with SLAs and regulations
  • Conduct routine premises inspections and manage work order systems for maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and system faults while supporting front-of-house operations
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence capabilities by translating objectives into integrated information management strategies and building data visualization tools for stakeholder insights
  • Act as program manager for data and performance initiatives, coordinating cross-functional approvals, managing dependencies, and supporting enterprise-wide enhancement of data-driven culture
  • Facilitate training programs for service standards across front-of-house areas while developing and maintaining SOPs and accessible knowledge management resources
  • Monitor SLA compliance and vendor performance metrics, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and supporting data collection for risk identification and mitigation
