This role is all about creating seamless workplace experiences—ensuring our spaces run smoothly, feel inspiring, and reflect Meter’s culture of kindness and ambition. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps our operations humming: from managing day-to-day office logistics and vendor relationships to organizing team events. This is a fully in-office role, based in our San Francisco office, serving as a consistent on-site presence for employees and guests. You will spend much of your day at reception, being the first point of contact for guests, employees, prospects and customers. Your warm and kind presence will set the tone for every person who enters our office. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in continuously improving the day-to-day experience of the Meter office.
