About The Position
The Workplace Operations Team manages employee workspace needs in our dedicated offices and any needed workspace. This role will work on-site out of our Madison, WI office. Some of our other office locations include Birmingham, AL, Chicago, IL, and Boston, MA. Additionally, we have co-working spaces in New York, NY and Mexico City, Mexico. You will serve in the full-time, exempt role of Workplace Operations Specialist reporting to the Head of Workplace Experience. This role is responsible for ensuring the office(s) runs smoothly and bringing a positive energy to the office culture. This position requires you to be in the office on a regular basis with the potential to travel to other offices. This role involves managing the Madison office & studio location, but shares responsibility for all of the other work locations.
