About The Position

You’ll play a vital role in shaping who we are in our San Francisco Headquarters. In this position, you’ll partner closely with our People Team to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle and an exceptional workplace experience. You’ll oversee all facilities deliverables for the San Francisco office. You’ll also contribute to developing and refining procedures for a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborating on long-term solutions for facility challenges, and implementing improvements that enhance our culture, employee engagement, and connection to Tubi’s mission. This is an in-office role based out of our San Francisco location.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of related work experience in Workplace/Facilities Management
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines
  • Relevant experience in vendor selection and experience managing service level agreements within budget
  • No job is too small or too big mindset

Responsibilities

  • Help bring our company culture to life through thoughtful design, event management, day to day support, and overall employee experiences.
  • Oversee daily facilities operations, including vendor management, maintenance, janitorial, shipping logistics, and security services for our San Francisco office.
  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules, building systems, and service contracts for our San Francisco office.
  • Respond to facility-related issues swiftly and with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Manage space planning, seating assignments, and workplace moves/adds/changes.
  • Support office design and build-out projects in collaboration with your department head, cross-functional partners, and external partners.
  • Champion a workplace experience that enhances productivity, belonging, and comfort.
  • Develop and manage annual facilities budgets, track spend, and optimize for efficiency in our San Francisco office.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and service level agreements to ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local and company health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain emergency preparedness programs and serve as the primary contact for building management and security.
  • First point of contact for our San Francisco headquarters.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and building management.
  • Manage the F&B program for our San Francisco headquarters.
