About The Position

This role leads and coordinates complex workplace, logistics, and final-mile delivery solutions at Hilldrup, you’ll serve as the primary client contact while working with vendors, storage, transportation, and delivery operations. Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, you’ll ensure operational efficiency, accurate documentation, issue resolution, and exceptional customer experiences across commercial moves, storage projects, and home delivery services.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Two to three years of customer service experience
• Customer service and client relationship management
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
• Project and logistics coordination

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end workplace, logistics, and final-mile delivery solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Align internal teams, agents, and service partners
• Coordinate origin and destination services
• Monitor ETAs
• Maintain accurate documentation for billing and reporting
• Identify and resolve issues
• Communicate status updates
• Partner with sales, operations, and technology vendors
• Use route optimization and logistics tools
• Provide after-hours support for assigned accounts as needed
