WSDOT is currently seeking Workplace Investigations Manager to develop and implement Washington State Ferries (WSF) investigations activities. Under the direction of the Internal Equal Employment Opportunity Manager, this position will be responsible for establishing and ensuring consistent and efficient investigative processes as they relate to Title VII investigations for WSF/WSDOT. As the designated expert, the Workplace Investigations Manager will ensure that complaints are addressed consistently and effectively by providing training, policies, procedures; and technical and practical advice to WSF/WSDOT departments and employees. Additionally, the policies and procedures developed by the Workplace Investigations Manager ensure compliance with state and federal laws pertaining to complaint processing and investigations.
