About The Position

The Workplace Experience Supervisor at CBRE is responsible for overseeing the delivery of workplace experience services, ensuring exceptional customer service for clients and visitors. This role involves managing a team, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining vendor partnerships to enhance service delivery while adhering to safety standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
• Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities.
• Review invoices as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.
• Approve client materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain the integrity of databases and digital tools associated with service delivery.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships for cost-saving efforts.
• Assist with negotiations for contract services and ensure vendors have current proof of insurance.
• Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees.
• Establish new techniques to ensure the team meets its objectives.
• Enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors.
• Assist in the completion of the Service Business Continuity plan.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
