About The Position

The Workplace Experience Specialist supports the daily operations and employee experience of the Atlanta office. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, engaging, and efficient workplace by coordinating office logistics, administrative support, supporting site-based programs, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. The Specialist partners closely with Workplace Experience Managers, local leaders, and Atlanta-based employees to bring AssetMark's culture to life. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate an in-office work schedule and are close to our Atlanta, GA office.

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years working in an office support, administrative assistant, or customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently, adapt priorities, and provide a high level of customer service
  • Physical ability to support office operations (lifting up to 50 lbs, setting up meeting spaces, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming and professionally managed for visitors and associates
  • Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, and package distribution
  • Maintain conference rooms, scheduling oversight, and readiness for meetings
  • Assist with planning office seating logistics to accommodate hiring and growth
  • Track seating assignments and maintain accurate records of space usage
  • Manage office supply inventory, breakroom stocking, and parking badge allocation/validation
  • Provide safety support for the Atlanta office, including maintaining AED devices and assisting with emergency procedures
  • Assist with planning and executing office celebrations, recognition activities, and employee engagement events
  • Serve as a resource for employees with workplace-related questions and requests
  • Assist with planning and execution of local team-building events and offsites
  • Coordinate catering, refreshments, and room setup for internal meetings as needed
  • Support local volunteer and community engagement initiatives in partnership with the Workplace Experience team
  • Partner with local IT leadership team to assist with managing travel, lodging, and logistics.
  • Submit purchase order requests and manage accounts payable submissions
