About The Position

The Workplace Experience Specialist / Business Partner at Dynatrace plays a crucial role in enhancing the workplace environment to foster employee engagement and drive business outcomes. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or any higher education degree.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Office Management or a similar role in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive associate programs that reinforce Dynatrace culture and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Act as an ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, enhancing morale and building social engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the office location and community needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute successful events aligned with employee experience strategy.
  • Manage front desk operations to welcome visitors and assist them appropriately.
  • Ensure the office environment is vibrant, welcoming, and effective for employees.
  • Support the People & Culture Team with office-related issues and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Order office supplies and refreshments as needed.
  • Create an outstanding first-day experience for new team members, including onboarding presentations and office tours.
  • Promote and participate in global initiatives, maintaining the Information Hub SharePoint as a single source of truth.
  • Support visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite facility services for smooth operations.
  • Assist with purchase orders in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Work on employee benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Support innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the global People & Culture team.
