We're seeking a dynamic Associate Manager to lead our Chicago office operations and execute our workplace experience programs across all US locations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on implementing established workplace strategies while managing day-to-day operations, requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at translating strategic vision into exceptional employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and team members, embodying our company culture and values.
  • Create and execute engaging office events and team celebrations that foster connection and belonging.
  • Manage comprehensive office operations including vendor relationships, supply management, facilities maintenance, and workspace optimization.
  • Ensure a seamless, professional experience for all office visitors and employees.
  • Lead and develop a three-person US office manager team, providing hands-on coaching and mentorship.
  • Set high performance standards and ensure consistent execution of workplace experience initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively alongside your team, getting into the details to provide training, support, and guidance.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
  • Execute SpotOn's workplace experience strategy across all US offices, ensuring consistent implementation based on business needs, employee feedback, and evolving priorities.
  • Support the design, maintenance, and optimization of workplace systems, processes, and programs that create seamless and consistent employee experiences.
  • Own relationships with key internal and external partners, including vendors, ensuring service quality, contract management, and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and People teams to plan and execute internal events that drive engagement and company-wide connection.
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing solutions that support scalability and exceptional employee experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, people operations, workplace experience, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful event planning and execution.
  • Strong budget management and financial forecasting experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a naturally welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in high-growth, dynamic business environments.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting on operational metrics.
