About The Position

The Workplace Experience Manager at CBRE is responsible for overseeing the delivery of workplace experience services, ensuring world-class customer service for clients and visitors. This role involves managing a team that provides services such as concierge, reception, meeting and event management, and administrative duties. The manager will also focus on staff development, client relationships, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance management preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor their training and development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for team members.
• Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establishing work schedules and assigning tasks.
• Set and track staff and department deadlines, mentoring and coaching as needed.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, negotiating to resolve conflicting priorities.
• Ensure efficient and consistent support from the team, suggesting process improvements regularly.
• Assist in developing strategic solutions and assessing technological and training needs.
• Develop vendor partnerships aimed at cost-saving efforts and manage contract negotiations.
• Oversee programs run by third-party vendors, ensuring all invoices for business services are billed correctly.
