We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to help build and elevate the in-office experience at Nooks. This role sits within our People Operations team and plays a key part in ensuring our office runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and reflects the values that define our culture. You’ll oversee day-to-day workplace operations while creating an environment where employees feel supported, connected, and excited to come to work. As one of the first people dedicated to these activities, you’ll also have the opportunity to establish the systems and processes that will scale with the company as we grow. This role is based in San Francisco and requires regular in-office presence (typically 3–4 days per week, up to 5 when needed).
