About The Position

As part of our team, you will help companies identify, build, and realize value from their GenAI investments, often for the first time. Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a role focused on office management or administrative support, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a knack for identifying and resolving operational challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the New York office is clean, stocked, and operational.
  • Own office logistics, supplies, visitor experience, and support an upcoming office move.
  • Coordinate team events, celebrations, swag, and engagement programs that foster connection across offices.
  • Support internal communications and feedback loops to continuously improve the employee experience.
  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across NY and SF, including Day 1 logistics, scheduling, and in-person support.
  • Coordinate onboarding communications, account setup, and monthly onboarding cohorts.
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate logistics across phone, video, and onsite interviews.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless, timely, and positive candidate experience.
  • Own onsite interview operations for the NY office and help resolve scheduling changes efficiently.
  • Support day-to-day operational needs, including recurring admin tasks, internal tracking, and IT coordination.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for team offsites, colocations, and cross-functional projects.
