About The Position

This role requires a solid understanding of workplace space and occupancy policies, facilities operations, hospitality with a flexible 'can do' attitude. As the site's single point of contact, workplace policy advocate, and service leader, the role fosters a positive office environment, enhancing individual well-being, productivity, and organizational culture. As the campus face, you will support an atmosphere for the workplace occupant, visitors, and service partners, while collaborating with teams, and build community. Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or other relevant vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years related experience of Workplace Space Experience, Facilities planning, and Hospitality.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the workplace space stakeholders to ensure the workplace policies are aligned and keep the workforce informed, connected, and engaged.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Neighborhood Ambassador meetings, support committees plan and organize events, from small to large scale, supporting team and community building.
  • Create an engaging workplace first and foremost.
  • Support special projects as needed.
  • Support Workplace Services delivery while compiling feedback.
  • Maintain workspace policies and proactively ensure workplace policies are in place.
  • Submit janitorial and maintenance work orders and communicate with partners to address issues.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints, providing accurate information and light duty adjustments.
  • Ensure company materials align are up to date as per the site's needs.
  • Build trust with employees as their main point of contact.
  • Compile employee feedback, comments, and requests.
  • Support, train, and lead neighborhood ambassadors in response, new hire support, feedback, and communications.
  • Deliver orientations, including facility tours, work order submissions, supply locations and ordering procedures, amenities, and software ordering.
  • May support coordination of moves, adds, and changes (MAC).
  • Provides general administrative support and other assigned duties.
  • Participates, contributes to CBRE's Community Program, participates in ongoing training, share standard processes, and innovation.
